Our customers have a motivated project team at their side, acting as a competent partner during the entire process, from the point at which the offer is accepted through to series production and during the supply of spare parts.
A fast and flexible supply chain ensures a low risk of failure. All products manufactured by NIFCO KTW are made in Weißenburg and are delivered all over the world. Our suppliers – from office materials to injection moulds to production machines – are almost all in Germany. “Production Made in Germany” is thus not just a slogan at NIFCO KTW – it is what we do. The heart of our company will always be the injection mould. According to this philosophy, NIFCO KTW has sworn to create only high-quality moulds so that we can deliver products that work flawlessly through their entire life cycle.
Quality Management
KTW is certified according to ISO/TS 16949 and is thus ideally suited to meet the stringent requirements of the automotive industry as well as other industries.
Specific quality planning is implemented in the pilot production phase in collaboration with our customers and in accordance with their requirements. Various quality tools are used to generate the necessary output. Our CAQ system documents capable and controlled processes; continuous quality improvement is initiated if there are any deviations
.
Environmental policy
The primary objectives of our environmental policy include strict compliance with all relevant environmental regulations, the use of waste-reducing technologies as well as transparent and environmentally friendly waste disposal.
The minimum standards for the implementation of our environmental policy are the statutory and regulatory requirements.While taking account of the demands our customers place on us, we endeavor to reduce environmental pollution on an ongoing basis within the framework of the economic possibilities available to us.
Energy policy
Sustainability is a key component of our corporate philosophy and is therefore a main reason for our commitment to the permanent increase of energy efficiency.
Giving due consideration to compliance with statutory regulations and our customers’ requirements, our aim is to achieve an ongoing reduction in energy-related services. We see this as an important contribution to the protection of valuable resources.
