Technological developments

One of the strengths of Nifco KTW is constant development of new technologies and processing methods.

In this context, Nifco KTW cooperates closely with equipment manufacturers and the NIFCO Technology Development Center in Japan. 90 engineers and process technicians work here on new production techniques in a modern environment.

Product development

Depending on the requirements, developments are carried out internally and/or in close cooperation with experienced engineering services / design offices. We use the latest 3D CAD systems (CATIA V4, CATIA V5).

We apply our years of experience in the production of high-quality and functional components and assemblies for our demanding clients in a goal-oriented and consistent manner when designing items for innovative new products.

Injection Mould

The moulds are constructed by selected well-known mould manufacturers. Our mould experts support this process from the initial design discussions to the release for mould construction. This ensures that the extensive NIFCO KTW know-how flows into each mould.

In addition, our mould experts support “your” mould over its entire service life. This ranges from the prototype phase to the first in-house samplings and finally to series production and the subsequent supply of spare parts.
